Volunteer

     Our biggest event of the year, the MAJE festival, is coming up on Tues., March 7 (snow date of Mon., March 13). We will be hosting 9 other schools.

     The MHS Jazz Band performs at 3:25 in the MHS auditorium (everything is at FBMS if we use the snow date). Parents are welcome to attend. Please know that there is an $8 admission fee to the MAJE (Mass. Assoc. for Jazz Education) Festival.

     Hosting the festival is a big honor for the school and a great fundraising opportunity for the FOM. All jazz band members are expected to sign up for at least one shift of work (some shifts are marked for non-jazz students because they are at the times that jazz students are performing).

     Parents, we can't do this without you either! There are several jobs designated for adults. I'd love to see some jazz parents help us put this on.
